Hello again – It’s Cissy and Sam, your Neighbours Day Coordinators. 2019 marks the 10th anniversary of Neighbours Day Aotearoa so we’ll be celebrating 10 years with 10 days of celebrations:

Neighbours Day Aotearoa: March 22-31st.

We’re coming to a town near you for our Neighbours of New Zealand road trip! As we drive across the country we’ll be running workshops and reaching out to meet people who are working to create great neighbourhoods across New Zealand.

We are on the hunt for organisations, places and people who may like to host us along the way, chat about the work you’re doing, or help us run workshops.

LEG ONE – SOUTH ISLAND: November 11 -16, 2018

LEG TWO: LOWER NORTH ISLAND: November 20-23, 2018

LEG THREE: UPPER NORTH ISLAND: December 2-7, 2018

Website Update! 10 New Ways!

We’re in the midst of updating our website –  this year we’re with 10 little ways to celebrate (for individuals who want to get involved), and 10 big ways to celebrate (for groups or organisations).

We’re also creating a a resource hub for organisations who want to encourage people to create their own Neighbours Day Aotearoa events.
